I spent over ten years working in hospitality, in Hungary and in England. I started as a waiter and worked my way up to managing multiple restaurants simultaneously. That decade taught me something you can't learn from textbooks: a business only works when the system behind it is flawless.
I founded Function AI with this background. Not as a tech idealist, but as an operations leader who saw daily what happens when a business grows but its processes don't grow with it.
